I knew from the first time I heard the opening strains in Maou that I was gonna like this song. Dark and tense but smooth and harmonious... the string orchestra, the high piano chords, the etc etc... *babbles* And as soon as I first got to hear the full version thanks to all the PV posts on my friends list, I immediately started transcribing the romaji. This song is amazing. And from one who has her roots in J-rock and visual kei and normally doesn't go in for Johnny's brand of pop/R&B, that's saying a lot. >.>
